Technician Training

Structured cabling is an excellent career path and CREWFORCE’S FIELD EMPLOYEE TRAINING PROGRAM provides quality, entry-level, low voltage installation paid training. We provide you with the tools, safety equipment, and skills to immediately start working with our clients.

Crewforce trainees will learn data jack termination, jobsite etiquette, and will be OSHA and SST certified. All of our trainees will have terminated well over 100 voice and data jacks by the time they are released to the field.

Technicians are trained in a construction site setting, creating an ideal setting for pullling cable. Each trainee that finishes the course is outfitted with a 110/66 punch tool, snips, hard hat, safety glasses, vest, glove, and blue t-shirts to wear on job sites. After three months of continual employment, our technicians are eligible for a rate increase.

No previous experience is required to attend Crewforce training sessions.
