Who We Employ
STRUCTURED CABLING
Cable Pullers
Cable pullers must be able to perform the physical demands of wiring a building, navigating small spaces and lifting equipment.
Cable Tech I
Cable Tech I’s should have at least one year of experience performing jack terminations.
Cable Tech II
Cable Tech II’s should have 3+ years of experience performing jack terminations in a commercial new construction setting.
Cable Tech III
Cable Tech III’s should have 4+ years of experience and be familiar with IDF & MDF construction.
Lead Tech & Foremen
Lead Techs should possess the ability to lead small crews of wiring installers while performing the installation work also.
Project Managers
Project Managers should have the ability to manage several jobs simultaneously, from conception to completion.
Operations Managers
Operations Managers will be able to oversee a large territory, including branch operations and finance.
Estimators
Estimators should be proficient with the creation of RFPs, providing quotes and performing job walks.
RCDD Engineers
Registered Communications Distribution Design Engineer should have the proper registration and credentials in addition to extensive understanding of computer-aided design work experience.
BICSI Certified Installers
BICSI-certified Installers will possess the proper registration and credentials in addition to 5+ years of experience in the field.
Cisco Engineers
Cisco Engineers will possess one or more Cisco certifications (i.e. CCNA, CCNP) in addition to several years of experience troubleshooting and/or programming switches and routers.
Telecom Design Engineers
Telecom Design Engineers should have several years of experience creating the blueprints for MDFs and IDFs.
Electrical Engineers
Electrical Engineers should have experience drafting and designing high-voltage systems for a commercial setting.
AutoCAD Drafters/Designers
Drafters and designers will have experience in civil and commercial application of AutoCAD 2000-2013.
OSP
Copper Splicers
Copper splicers should be able to splice and test all types, sizes and gauges of existing and newly constructed PIC and Paper insulated, color-coded and non-color coded cables.
Fiber Splicers
Fiber splicers should be able to operate tools and test equipment, including Fusion splicer, cleaver, fiber prep tools, OTDR, and test, activate, and troubleshoot fiber links after installation.
I&R Technicians
I & R technicians should have the ability to install and repair POTS is required and ability to troubleshoot and repair network issues in PIC cable. DSL experience is strongly preferred.
OSP Engineers
The OSP Engineer is responsible for design, field notes, pricing and drafting of both copper and fiber cable facilities and familiar with general permitting requirements for county and city agencies.
