crewforce-logo11Crewforce, located in New York City, is now able to provide technicians and workers for structured cabling projects requiring CWA (Communications Workers of America) labor. This significantly expands the company’s capabilities, talent pool, and the ability to sign new clients. The brick-and-mortar office will cover New York, Northern New Jersey, Connecticut, Eastern Pennsylvania, Boston, and Philadelphia, although Crewforce will have a national reach and the ability to support structured cabling, electrical, and building integration projects nationwide.

As Inside Sales Representative Ashley Porges explains, “This opens the company up to an incredible amount of new business, especially in New York City, where local players typically hire CWA labor for their cabling and low-voltage projects.”

Led by Business Development Manager Casey Merriman, Crewforce signed a contract with CWA Local 4340 to provide technicians and workers for structured cabling projects requiring CWA labor. To be considered for work at these sites, technicians are required to join Local 4340 of the CWA, where “they will receive all benefits provided by the CWA, including paid holidays and guaranteed minimums for payment,” according to Branch Operations Manager Abe Davis.

Our new partnership with CWA allows companies unprecedented access to skilled labor pools. In summing up the new opportunities presented to Crewforce, Merriman says, “Now that we’re in the position to fill orders for both union and non-union projects, we’re expecting tremendous growth in the company.”

The Crewforce office is located at 307 Seventh Ave., Suite 1403, New York, NY 10011.
